For domestic & commercial boiler fixed price services, charges apply for the first 3 appliances only after which there is a £30 (£60) charge for each additional domestic (commercial) appliance.

Payment for diagnosing gas appliance faults, diagnosing system faults and completing repairs must be made in full by debit card or cash to the attending engineer.

Surveys and certifications are payable on completion and any relevant forms will not be issued until full payment has been received.

Materials supplied by AA Gas Plumbing Ltd will be charged for and will be agreed with the customer in advance.

An invoice will be emailed showing a full description of work carried out – time started/time finished, the cost of labour and materials used.

For larger or planned works, written quotations are available and can book an appointment for an estimator to assess your job.

Some estimates may incur a charge depending on the nature of the work, the area and the time of the appointment. Any charge made will be deducted from the final invoice if the estimated work is carried out by AA Gas & Plumbing Ltd.

On acceptance of your estimate / quote a deposit will be payable . ​.

Cancellation notice of pre-booked jobs must be made by the client at least 48 hours in advance. After such period there is a late cancellation fee of £100+VAT plus travelling charges and congestion charge (where applicable).
